COLD SEASON SHIPPING

Express / 3 Day Air States: All of Zone 5, some of Zone 4 (Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas) + California, Arizona & New Mexico

Ground States: Zones 1-3 (Excluding California, Arizona & New Mexico) + some of Zone 4 (Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Wisconsin)

 

 

FOLLOWING CHART IS AN ESTIMATE - SHIP DATE DEPENDENT ON QUANTITY OF ORDERS DURING THE WEEK.

 

Deadline for Express orders is Tuesday at 12:30pm PT. Shipments placed after this time will be shipped out on the following Monday. This is to ensure there are no shipping delays over the weekend. 

Captain Soup meals are shipped and arrive frozen.  Meals can be kept in freezer for 1 year. Once thawed in refrigerator, meals should be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days.

FEDEX DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO COVID-19. WE ARE ADDING EXTRA DRY ICE TO PROTECT PRODUCT DURING SHIPMENT. 

Severe Weather/Natural Disaster: If you live in an area that may be impacted by severe weather or other natural disaster, please make sure your area is open for deliveries, and let us know in the “notes” at checkout. Also, let us know if we need to delay your order for any reason. You may also email us (info@captainsoup.com).

**PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER, SHIPMENTS TO ZONES 3, 4 & 5 WILL BE SENT ON FEDEX EXPRESS AIR, WHICH IS GUARANTEED THREE DAY ARRIVAL. THIS IS TO ENSURE ORDERS WILL ARRIVE FROZEN SAFELY TO YOUR DOOR. EXPRESS SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT OUT ON ONLY MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS TO AVOID WEEKEND DELAYS.

 

-A FedEx tracking number for your order will be sent to your email after fulfillment.

-Shipments may be delayed during holidays.
